We are the proud new owners of Triple Tales and are excited to welcome you to our North Captiva Island home. Since purchasing the property, we have thoughtfully refreshed and redecorated the home to create a relaxing, comfortable coastal retreat where families and friends can unwind and enjoy island life.
Triple Tales features four spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, providing plenty of privacy and comfort for families and groups. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas offer ample space to gather, share meals, and spend time together.
Downstairs, the screened game, pool, and bar area provides another great gathering space—or plenty of room for everyone to find their own spot to relax and enjoy the island atmosphere.
We take pride in maintaining Triple Tales and want every guest to feel comfortable and at home during their stay.

Weekly shopping may be scheduled in advance with one of the many shopping vendors available.
A small store is available at Boats and Fun and at The Market of North Captiva for guest shopping.
Private Dock at Your Back Door
Your own private dock available within steps from your back door for your boat mooring and unloading of passengers and gear. Lights, electric and water located on the dock.
Private Pool
Take a dip in your own private in-ground pool with screened lanai. Pool is heated to a comfortable 85 degrees during the winter months.
Contactless check-in to your home
Your party can pick-up their golf cart at the ferry dock and go directly to the home for contactless entry. You may enter the home using your personal key code on the date of check-in where you will begin the vacation dream of a lifetime! Your luggage and food will be follow and be transported to Triple Tales via our Property Manager.
Golf Carts Available
with home rental
Two golf carts available for personal use during your stay at Triple Tales. No golf carts permitted on the air strip or beaches. Only drivers with valid license may operate golf carts.
Deposit may be required for use of golf carts at Owner's discretion.
Dining Out on the Island
Mango's Bar and Grill is within walking distance from the house. The Market of North Captiva open 7 days/9:00a - 7:00p.
Anchor's Landing at Island Club is open Tues-Sat with advance reservations.
Mainstays is open daily 11a-8:30p.
Safety Harbor Over the Water Restaurant is open with advance reservations.
Ferry ride and reservations to restaurants on Sanibel Island, Cayo Casta or Cabbage Key.
North Captiva Island Club
Dining at Mangos grilll and use of their guest pool is available to the public.
Free Wifi
Smart TV in each bedroom and your Roku and Netflix can be accessed on your account. Star Link is available at Triple Tales.

Home on Paradise Island
There are not enough stars to describe how satisfied we were with this home. We have stayed on the island several times and I can say, "This has been the Best all around home, hands down!" Triple Tales is maintained impeccably. Every inche of the property seemed prepared for our arrival. Sheila was always responsive leading up to our arrival and Paula handled every detail with the attitude of making our visit memorable. Both indoor and outdoor gathering areas are thoughtfully appointed to maximize gathering with family/friends. The boat dock provided easy access as well as awesome views of manatees! Both golf carts were easily accessible and worked flawlessly - which is not always the case with island rentals. Finally, having your own pool inside the screened-in lower level was even better than we had hoped; serving as a regrouping point after event filled days. We were so pleased with our stay and the home, the location, and North Captiva is second to none....it was truly hard to leave!!

Best House on North Captiva!
This is our 5th year in a row staying on the Island and is by far the best house we have stayed in! Sheila is a great owner and answered and questions within minutes, before and during the stay. We had Paula get our groceries in advance and it was worth the extra cost to avoid the headache of bringing them over on the boat. We have brought our own groceries in the past and it was a pain to lug everything upstairs so having it all done ahead of time was great! Highly recommend!! The dock was another great although it took me a few times to get used to turning the boat around in the canal. Dock has power and a hose for washing down everything and it made life so much easier. There were 6 of us so having two golf carts was a plus. It may not be the least expensive house on North Captiva but it's definitely worth the money! Michael M. - July, 2023
Three Year Repeat Guest!
Paula and her husband are always a joy to work with. You can tell they take pride in caring for Triple Tales and the home is always perfect!
I wanted to share our photography experience with Sherman with you. He met us early one morning, was very pleasant/professional. He offered to go to different areas of the island to ensure we got a variety of photos. He took approximately 100 shots and down loaded them to my laptop. Relaxing At Triple Tales
We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Triple Tales. The home was beautiful and met all of our needs. We were able to view the beautiful sunsets every night and explore the island for sea shells with the two available golf carts. We used the house pool everyday and took advantage of the kayaks at the Island Club a few times. Paula, the housekeeper, did an awesome job of getting our food orders ahead of time. Perfect for our family of 8
We have 6 children ranging in age from 9-23 and this house worked out nicely for all of us. It was VERY clean and the fact that every bedroom had a bathroom was a huge plus for all of my older kids. Paula and Richie were wonderful, too. Can't wait to come back again!! April H. - August, 2022
Paradise!
My family and friends had a great time! House is new, very clean, and the decor is nice and beachy! Pool is screened in and heated which is a huge plus. One of the few home on the island with a canal and private dock. The owner, Sheila, was great and very responsive. The housekeeper, Paula and her husband were great and went the extra mile for us.
